I have times where I’m not social at all and then times where I’m going out and having plans right after each other. I’m trying to find some balance but it has been hard. I’ve noticed that if I have too many plans I get sick quickly (which is weird btw) and also I get physically and mentally exhausted. So at times I dont hang out at all and I just focus on relaxing, my job and working out. For 2023 I hope to find a proper balance where I get to catch up with friends and not feeling burn out so fast. I think I still wanna make sure that very second weekend is just for myself so I can recharge, cause or else I wont function :P
