There is this tradition of when you get your wedding invitation; before giving it to anyone, you first go to the temple and get God’s blessing and give the invitation to the temple to make a ‘puja,’ which is a ritual.
We did that last week. It felt right and good. I love spending time with family at the temple, mostly when there aren’t a lot of people in the temple, because then I can really focus on praying and just enjoy being present. I got to take pictures of it and wanted to share them with you guys.
