Hello guys! :D
It’s time for a “healthy-lifestyle-update” and I thought I would share our little smoothie we made the other day :D Well this smoothie is actually good… I mean of course it doesn’t taste like my fave choco milkshake or cocacola BUT it does FEEL good after drinking and the taste is not that bad as I thought when we were making it! You feel healthy, clean and just GOOD! And also energetic! :D So it’s definitely worth it all! :D
Let’s get to the smoothie now :D It’s a banana-strawberry smoothie and I used the recipe from Arla :D
- 2 Bananas
- 20 frozen strawberries
- 3-4 dL Yogurt
How’s my “lifestyle-change/being-healthy-lifestyle” going? Well… Gotta be honest… I’ve changed the plans a little. I don’t eat junk and eat out and eat choco and snacks all the time BUT I have been eating unhealthy stuff thought. Not alone though. It’s just you know when you hang with friends you wanna chill and do whatever you just feel like ^_^” So I’ve been eating out a few times with friends and I think it’s ok. I don’t want the health-plan to stand in the way for my quality time with friends and I mostly just hang out with friends, eat and shop :P Eating is always cozy you know xD But this doesn’t mean I can eat whatever I want whenever. I just dont want my rules to be too strict so I can’t hang out with my friends :P With that being said.. I gotta say I’m way more healthier lately than what I used to, and it does feel good :D So I’m gonna work harder and experiment some more :P
