Lately I’ve tried my best to eat somehow more healthier; at least in the mornings and for lunch :P I’ve had plans mostly in the evenings where I’ve been eating out a lot so I’ve tried to eat healthier at home. One of the breakfasts I’ve enjoyed is Skyr (Kinda like Greek Yogurt) with blueberries, oats and crüsli. Crüsli is not that healthy but the rest is quite ok-healthy:
