Taking it slow

Hi guys
Lately I’ve been really working on taking things slow and see life as it is. I’m trying to enjoy and embrace life and feeling whatever I feel at the moment and resting as much as I can cause I think I’m a little burned out. This means we are back to green juices again, and lemon water and enjoying nature and finding peace within nature and walks and the sun in general and meditation. The other day I bought magazines, and chilled at Starbucks with a green tea and an amazing cookie cream brownie (I’m definitely gonna buy that one again!). It felt good to take a break from life and just pause for a second and do something just for me just because I felt like it:
