It’s finally December! Normally, it takes me a while to get into the Christmas spirit, but this year, I’ve been feeling the holiday vibe since November, which is so unlike me. I’ve already started decorating and even done some decluttering, and it feels amazing!
This is the last month of 2024, and I want to make it special. This year has been memorable in so many ways, but December is truly a magical month, and I want to make the most of it.
My December goals this year are focused on building healthy routines because I’ve been out of sync lately. Here’s what I’m aiming for:
- Meditate every day.
- Practice yoga at least four times a week.
- Go for a 30-minute walk every day.
- Journal every day.
- Be more consistent with blogging (and maybe even return to YouTube since I miss making videos… let’s see!).
- Eat at least three fruits and some veggies every day.
- Drink enough water daily.
- Declutter and clean throughout the month.
- Create a new financial spreadsheet for 2025.
These are my goals for December, but beyond that, I just want to enjoy the season: watch lots of Christmas movies, indulge in holiday treats, and soak in the festive atmosphere.
