Happy Sunday! Today I thought I would share a very easy but healthy banana pancake recipe. Whenever I have the time I love making pancakes. First of all it’s a delicious breakfast, secondly I love pancakes. It’s one of my favorite thing to eat and I could eat it almost all day :P *I’m not sure how attractive that is but yeah :P*
Ingredients:
– 2 banana
– 3 eggs
– 1 dl Oatmeal
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp Vanila extract
– Coconut Oil
You just have to mash the bananas and then add the three eggs and mix it well. Then mix the remaining ingredients. Afterwards heat the pan with coconut oil. Now you can make your pancakes! :)
