A few weeks ago we went to eat brunch at Hoppe’s Bar & Cafe in Copenhagen. It’s rare that I enjoy all most everything on my brunch plate and I mostly prefer brunch buffets but due to the Corona situation, brunch buffet wasn’t available. So we tried this brunch plate and I was actually really enjoying it and also satisfied with the brunch. It was delicious! I especially loved the pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. We got a basket with variety of bread as well and it was so good. We loved it!
