Good morning guys!
Since the holiday started I’ve been trying to practice gratitude and mindfullness a little extra. I love December but the exams are coming up in January which makes me stressed in December. We don’t really get holiday when going to uni I feel like since exams are coming up. I still enjoy December as much as I can but I do study everyday at the same time. Lately my favorite thing to do has been starting off with The Five-Minute Journal, reading in The Magic and do the gratitude exercises in the book and then read at least 10 pages in The Secret. It has been really helpful to stay positive, productive and focused with the right mindset :)
